Generating Reports from the Student Survey Dashboard
The following is a succinct run through of the variety of Reports that can be generated by navigating to the Reports tab, using the above Student Survey as an example.
Report Example: Total Surveys Initiated
Here's how to create the Report for Total Surveys Initiated with the Classic Report Builder
Fill in the fields as follows:
- Report Type: Form with Form Template
- Summary Format
- Form: Created Date - All Time
- Sort Group by Status
- Form Template equals Student Survey
- Status not equal to “ “
Report Example: Number of Credit Hours
Building the Report for Number of Credit Hours is easy with the Classic Report Builder
Fill in the fields as follows:
- Report Type: Forms with Question Responses and Question Template
- Summary Format
- Form: Created Date - All Time
- Sort group by Response
- Question Template: Question equals 2.0 Credit Hours, DEFAULT: Credit Hours
- Status = Complete
- Response starts with 1 or 2 (Filter Logic)
