Mogli allows for the addition of attachments to texts sent using the Bulk Messaging feature. Attachments can include images, animated GIFs, videos, and PDFs.

Start Multiple Conversations at Once

When Bulk Messages are sent using Mogli, you can still accept responses from the contacts who receive your messages. This allows you to send bulk messages that encourage engagement with your recipients. All responses are logged and tracked in Salesforce. Through the use of Forms/Surveys or even Agentforce, your recipients can even be led through conversations, without requiring an active live agent. 

Security & Permissions

The ability to send bulk messages can be controlled by permissions in Salesforce to make sure that only authorized users are able to access this powerful feature.
