How much does Mogli cost?

Plans start at $5200 annually. All plans include unlimited user licenses and contacts, a dedicated Account Manager, guided onboarding, technical support, and a complete user guide. Many nonprofit organizations qualify for discounts.
Does Mogli charge per user?

No. Unlike many SMS solutions, Mogli never charges per user or per contact. All plans include unlimited users and contacts within your Salesforce org.
Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Your plan rate covers your included message volume, phone numbers, users, contacts, and support.
What is a message segment?

One message / message segment is 160 characters or fewer in plain text. For example, a 50-character message will consume 1 message segment, and a 170-character message will consume 2 message segments. If unicode is used, message segment size is reduced to 75 characters.
Does Mogli work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

Yes. Mogli for Marketing Cloud is available as a paid add-on to any plan.
Does Mogli support RCS (Rich Communication Services)?

Yes. RCS support is available as a paid add-on to Elite, Enterprise, and custom plans.
Does Mogli support WhatsApp?
