How much does Mogli cost?
Mogli pricing plans start at $5200 per year for 50,000 annual message segments and unlimited users. All pricing plans are customizable, priced annually, and include unlimited user licenses and contacts, a dedicated Account Manager, guided onboarding, technical support, and a complete user guide. You can add Mogli for Marketing Cloud or Mogli for Agentforce to any plan based on your needs. If you’re a registered nonprofit, you may also be eligible for a discount.
Does Mogli charge per user or per contact?
No, Mogli never charges per user or contact. Every plan comes with unlimited users and unlimited contacts per org, no matter what. You’ll get a site license for your entire Salesforce org, making it easy to scale your text messaging strategy as your team or contact list grows.
What’s the difference between Mogli’s pricing plans?

Our pricing plans include different levels of onboarding and support, increasing numbers of annual message segments and outbound phone numbers, and additional integrations.

For example, the most basic Starter plan includes 50,000 annual message segments and three outbound phone numbers, while the Enterprise plan offers 100+ outbound phone numbers and unlimited, fee-based message segments. The WhatsApp integration is only available to Elite and Enterprise customers.

Does Mogli have special discounts for nonprofits?

Does it cost extra to add Mogli for Marketing Cloud or Agentforce?

How can I contact Mogli support?
To contact technical support, email help@mogli.com. We’ll create a ticket for you, and a Technical Support Specialist will get back to you as soon as possible.
What does Mogli’s onboarding look like?

You’ll be partnered with an Onboarding Specialist on day one, who serves as your dedicated expert through carrier registration, phone number (gateway) procurement, and Mogli configuration and implementation. We’ll provide you with a personalized timeline, custom onboarding documentation and training resources, and clear next steps to ensure a smooth, streamlined onboarding experience.

Mogli configuration will take place in a sandbox environment of your choice. Testing and training will take place over a temporary test gateway, and once approved, Mogli will then be configured and prepped for go-live within your Salesforce Production environment.

While configuration and base implementation is occurring, your dedicated Onboarding Specialist will manage the phone number (gateway) procurement and registration process.

Will Mogli support me through the 10DLC registration process?

Yes, our onboarding team provides hands-on guidance for 10DLC and A2P registration. We will manage the submission of the required brand and campaign details to carriers so you can start texting as quickly as possible. Please note that standard carrier registration can take up to 10 days. As soon as approval comes through, we’ll seamlessly transition your live phone numbers (gateways) into production in preparation for go-live.

Our team members are experts in text messaging regulations and carrier registration, so you don’t have to be.

Do you offer support for complex Salesforce automations?
Yes, our expert, 100% U.S.-based Solutions Architect team partner assist you to scope your complex automations and custom workflows. Basic configuration is included in all plans, and you can add on professional service hours for setting up automations, managing drip-style campaigns, custom notifications, integrations, and more.
What are Mogli’s technical support hours?

How fast is the typical response time for support tickets?
