You’ll be partnered with an Onboarding Specialist on day one, who serves as your dedicated expert through carrier registration, phone number (gateway) procurement, and Mogli configuration and implementation. We’ll provide you with a personalized timeline, custom onboarding documentation and training resources, and clear next steps to ensure a smooth, streamlined onboarding experience.
Mogli configuration will take place in a sandbox environment of your choice. Testing and training will take place over a temporary test gateway, and once approved, Mogli will then be configured and prepped for go-live within your Salesforce Production environment.
While configuration and base implementation is occurring, your dedicated Onboarding Specialist will manage the phone number (gateway) procurement and registration process.
Yes, our onboarding team provides hands-on guidance for 10DLC and A2P registration. We will manage the submission of the required brand and campaign details to carriers so you can start texting as quickly as possible. Please note that standard carrier registration can take up to 10 days. As soon as approval comes through, we’ll seamlessly transition your live phone numbers (gateways) into production in preparation for go-live.
